Cetearyl Alcohol

Cetearyl Alcohol is a type of fatty alcohol that is used to make various cosmetic products. It aids with preventing moisture loss all while stabilizing and thickening the formulation.  It’s a white, waxy solid mixture of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol.

Used in: wide array of toiletries, hand creams, lotions, conditioners, shampoos, body washes.
