Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate
Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES) is derived from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate(SLS) thus having similar chemical formula as well as similar job functions. These are decreasing surface tension therefore allowing the mixture of oil and water and accelerating foam development in products. SLES is considered to be less irritating and milder than SLS.
Used in: hand soaps, facial cleaners, bubble baths, toothpastes, shampoos.
